Baking

Baking is our speciality, our forte. Our cakes are the heart and soul of our coffee shop.

Our fabulous bakers, lovingly produces an amazing array of cakes, sponges, tarts, loaves, tray bakes, scones and meringues.

On entering our coffee shop, our tower of huge chewy meringues will be the first thing to catch your eye. Served with freshly whipped cream and fresh berries, they are a The Cove favourite.

Our scones are legendary and very hard to resist. Baked fresh on the premises each morning, there are usually four different varieties to choose from.

We are always experimenting with new recipes and flavours so, in addition to all our classic favourites, you can also expect to find something just that little bit different.

We invariably have a gluten free option available too and we endeavour to introduce more vegan, dairy free and sugar free cakes to our selection.
